REFUND & RETURN POLICY MAVERO LONDON

At Mavero London, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

As part of our 30-Day Guarantee, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unworn and unwashed

Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled or modified. After 30 days from delivery, refunds and exchanges are no longer available.

COMMON RETURN REASONS & SOLUTIONS

Product Defects or Quality Issues

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will send a replacement free of charge or offer a partial refund while allowing you to keep the item.

Incorrect or Missing Item

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we will send the correct item free of charge.

Damaged Package Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery Delays

If your order arrives more than 20 business days after the shipping date, you may be eligible for £10 compensation.

Wrong Size or Colour Ordered

If the item does not fit or you ordered the wrong colour, you may return or exchange it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return or exchange it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

  1. Contact Us

Send an email to info@mavero-london.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product (front and back)

  1. Return Approval & Address

Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address (our central warehouse in Asia).

Please note: If no response is received within 14 days, the return request will be closed.

  1. Prepare Your Return

Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  1. Ship the Return

Send the parcel to the address provided and share the tracking number with our support team.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees vary depending on the customer's location, carrier and package size

  1. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or are no longer in original condition
• Items without tags attached

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ordering multiple sizes (“bracketing”)
It is not permitted to order multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning (part of) the order. Returns from orders containing multiple sizes of the same item will not be accepted and therefore do not qualify for cancellation or a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Take clear photos showing the issue and the product label
• Email support@mavero-london.com within 5 days of receiving your order
• Include a description of the issue

We will send a replacement free of charge. If a second issue occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Swimwear Returns

For hygiene and health reasons, swimwear items are non-returnable and non-refundable. As these products are considered intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once they have been delivered.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, our customer support team will be happy to assist you before purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 60 minutes of purchase.

After this period, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Mavero London is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details to assist with your investigation..
